Become A Vendor

Vendor Criteria:

  • Non Profit Vendors: Free community resources and education only. Must have 501 c3 determination.

  • Retail Vendors: Non-mass packaged food/sauces/spices, fine art, handmade products and manufactured apparel or accessories, beauty (non-mass), personal and hair care (non-mass), consulting services, etc.

  • Food & Beverage Vendors: Indoor Vegan/Vegetarian, Savory, Classic American, Bakery, and Desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages that are meant to be consumed on-site. Food can only be re-heated and not cooked indoors. 

  • Food Truck Vendors: Outdoor Local Dallas/Texas: Restaurateurs showcasing, Local Dallas & Southern, Vegan/Vegetarian, Savory, Classic American, Bakery and, Dessert Products. Food can be cooked in Food Trucks outdoors. 

Deadline: Applications must be RECEIVED by June 01, 2025
Event Date: Saturday, June 15, 2025, 9 am - 9 pm
Location: Fair Park | Automobile Building
Vendor Set-Up: 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM
Vendor Take Down/Clean Up: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Company Information

Please select you desired vendor booth. Vendor fees are due upon completion of your vendor application. Non profits are required to submit an 501 c3 IRS determination letter.
Do you have a retail store or sell your product in retail stores?
Do you currently carry any type of business liability insurance? A COI (certificate of insurance) will be required by approved vendors.
Are you a 501 c3 Non Profit?
Do you currently have the required licenses and permits for your business?
Have you participated in similar events or festivals before?
Are you currently listed on the vendor / exhibitor listing registered with the Dallas Fair Park?
Are you a minority-owned business?
Are you able to stay at the festival and at your booth during the entire duration of the event? Someone will be required to be at the booth at all times, if approved.

  • Exposure to over 6,000 anticipated attendees

  • Pre-event operational consultation

  • Access to vendor management team to orient you to the festival

  • Product and service sales at your booth

Retail Vendor Booth - $125

  • Includes a 10x10 booth space

  • Table, two chairs, and black table skirts provided

  • Electricity provided

  • Printed logo provided on the pipe and draping for uniformity

  • Opportunity to showcase your products/services to a large audience

  • Exposure to over 6,000 anticipated attendees

  • Pre-event operational consultation

  • Access to vendor management team to orient you to the festival

  • Product and service sales at your booth

Food & Beverage Vendor Booth - $125

  • Includes a 10x10 booth space

  • Table, two chairs, and black table skirts provided

  • Electricity provided

  • Opportunity to sell your food/beverage to a large audience

  • Exposure to over 6,000 anticipated attendees

  • Pre-event operational consultation

  • Added to the Fair Park Approved Vendor List

  • Access to be a vencor at future Fair Park events 

  • Access to vendor management team to orient you to the festival

Food Truck - $350

  • Includes space for your food truck

  • Electricity provided

  • Opportunity to showcase your delicious offerings to the attendees

  • Exposure to over 6,000 anticipated attendees

  • Pre-event operational consultation

  • Access to vendor management team to orient you to the festival

  • Product and service sales at your truck

Additional Information

  • ​​Vendors are encouraged to bring minimal decor to enhance their booth.

  • Setup and breakdown instructions will be provided closer to the event date to approved vendors.

  • All vendors must adhere to local health and safety regulations. This includes PERMITS/ TAXES AND COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS.

  • Each vendor permitted to sell at the Juneteenth Festival of Service must individually comply with all pertinent State of Texas and City of Dallas laws and ordinances plus obtain all necessary permits and licenses. Vendor must follow sales tax regulations and file such applications as required.

  • To participate in the 2024 Fair Park Juneteenth Festival of Service event, you must carry Auto, General Liability and/or Workers Comp Insurance (as applicable). It does not need to have additionally insurance parties named until after you are accepted.

  • Food and Beverage Vendors (Indoor & Outdoor) must enter into a 70/30 revenue split with Fair Park. 

  • Food and Beverage Vendors (Indoor & Outdoor) transactions will be done through Fair Park POS system.
